Kristel is one of those lucky people whose work is also her hobby. "Recruiting is not just a job for me, it is a part of me," confirms Kristel, who has more than 20 years of management and recruitment experience.
Her words are confirmed by the fact that when Kristel, who works as a group leader in the Youth Organization of the Defense League, Kodutütred, took over the group many years ago, there were seven members. In less than a month, the number of permanent members had increased to 28.
In addition to recruiting, work with people has always been important to Kristel. This is also one of the reasons why she has often found herself in a leadership role even when she has not consciously tried to do so. Kristel has managed a small business and worked as a recruiter, trainer and team leader in several recruitment companies.
