RECOGNIZED 2024: Wild Wild West and Our Best!

At the beginning of January, we gathered to celebrate the achievements of the past year and recognize outstanding colleagues and projects with a grand Wild Wild West-themed Christmas party. Cowboy boots, country music, and the spirit of the Wild West brought smiles to everyone’s faces throughout the evening. 

The night culminated in the presentation of the Recognized 2024 awards, where we acknowledged colleagues and teams whose contributions and dedication truly stood out last year. It was evident that every nomination and victory was a result of sincere gratitude and collective effort. 

And now – here are the Recognized 2024 winners along with colleagues' comments:

Manager of the year: Gaily Kuusik

Gaily Kuusik stands out for her thoroughness, caring nature, and inspiring leadership. She is not only an excellent leader but also an active promoter of the company’s values.

Internal project of the year: Intranet

The intranet project has made work life much easier by providing employees with a unified platform to find all the information they need. It has also reduced the volume of emails and digital waste.

Client project of the year: Eesti Energia Special Audit

The Eesti Energia special audit project brought great recognition to Grant Thornton Baltic, gaining media coverage and public attention.

Support employee of the year: Kätlin Treima
