Mati Nõmmiste, the founder and Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Baltic in Estonia, which celebrated its 32nd year anniversary this year, said that, like many companies in the Baltics, Grant Thornton Baltic's top management faces a generational change in the coming years. "Young managers must be given enough time to settle in. It is also important to combine the life experience of senior partners with the energy and new ways of thinking of young managers," said Mati Nõmmiste.

He added that Grant Thornton Baltic's motto has been "Growing together!", it is a pleasure to see that young people really grow and develop together with the company. "We hope that this trend will continue and that we will be able to include colleagues who started at the grassroots level in the future as partners," mentioned Nõmmiste.

Also, this time there are four women among the new partners. "Our goal is not to meet the quota, but this is the natural course of things. Female managers bring balance to company management and also direct attention to softer values and management decisions related to employees, which are increasingly in focus today. For example, Grant Thornton Baltic was awarded with the bronze recognition label of Mental Health Supportive Employer by Peaasi.ee. on Mental Health Day on October 10th," Mati Nõmmiste gave an example.

We wish our new partners a sharp mind, so that our company continues on a steady growth course!
