Main inspiration in Nadežda's work as a tax advisor is the continuous need to develop and learn – after all, taxation is a constantly changing field. She considers the listening of the clients an utmost importance, because it is the only way to understand their real needs and expectations.
Nadežda has almost ten years of experience in the tax field. She is fully acquainted with everything related to corporate taxation, and she is also familiar with the tax rules of the Baltic States, Finland, Sweden, Poland and Russia.
Before joining Grant Thornton Baltic in 2021, Nadežda was a tax specialist at Tallink Group for three and a half years, before that she worked as a tax adviser at Ernst & Young. Nadezhda has also worked in the public sector – her task at the Tax and Customs Board was fraud investigation.
