Meeli is an excellent audit team lead because of her inherent precision and ability to see the whole picture. Meeli believes that good collaboration and honest communication with both the client and our project team is essential for creating value-added audit projects.
Meeli came to work for Grant Thornton Baltic in 2020. Previously, she has extensive experience in Deloitte Audit Estonia, where she started as an audit assistant and subsequently became an audit team lead. During her career, Meeli has been involved in auditing companies in a wide range of fields.
As an audit team lead, Meeli’s daily responsibilities include, in addition to auditing of companies, leading the team and project management, preparation of internal trainings, improving the audit quality control systems and supporting the accounting department on daily basis.
