We decide quickly and resolve problems flexibly

Grant Thornton Baltic’s work is organised in a way that allows to respond efficiently to clients’ needs and problems. Our company is managed by local partners, due to which we can make decisions here and do not have to delegate them through a complicated chain of command to a distant contractor.

Clients like our approach. Surveys show that Grant Thornton Baltic’s customer service is considered personal and pleasant. Customers also appreciate that we keep promises and stick to deadlines and our streamlined communication. Ninety per cent of clients would recommend us to their colleagues or cooperation partners.

We know our clients very well

Our clients include large, medium-sized and small companies and organisations. We stand out from our bigger competitors, who almost exclusively cater to large corporations, and smaller rivals, who very rarely serve large organisations. Thanks to our client base’s very different profile, we have gained valuable knowledge about how different companies and organisations operate and about their problems and risks.

Our trump card is how we work with clients

Grant Thornton Baltic and how we grew

Established in 1992, Grant Thornton Baltic is one of the leading pan-Baltic providers of audit, assurance, outsourcing, tax, legal, finance and business advisory services owned by local partners. Today 21 partners and more than 350 experienced experts offer a full range of services to more than 2600 clients.

In 2012, a company then called Rimess Baltic joined the international Grant Thornton network.

We have six offices covering all three Baltic States – Tallinn and Tartu offices in Estonia, a Riga office in Latvia, and the Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda offices in Lithuania. Many of our clients use our services in all three countries.

In more than 30 years we have grown from a small audit company to a 18 million EUR turnover business that has significant experience in a wide range of sectors.
